Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Middleton Aesthetics Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients booking semi-permanent makeup treatments, training courses, and other services offered by Middleton Aesthetics Ltd. We are committed to providing professional, safe, and high-quality aesthetic services while maintaining clear communication about our policies and your rights as a client. Please read these terms carefully before booking any service.

Services

Middleton Aesthetics provides semi-permanent makeup services and training courses. All services are provided by qualified and insured practitioners.

  • Services are provided subject to availability
  • All treatments require a consultation prior to booking
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if medically inadvisable
  • Results may vary between individuals

Booking & Payment

Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly
  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment
  • Full payment is due on the day of treatment

Training Courses

  • Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date
  • Payment plans may be available upon request
  • Course materials and kits are included in the stated price

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for detailed information. In summary:

  • 48 hours notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • No-shows will forfeit their full appointment fee

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical and health information
  • Disclose any allergies, medications, or relevant health conditions
  • Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions
  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation
  • Understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed

Liability & Insurance

Middleton Aesthetics Ltd is fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We follow strict health and safety protocols. However, we cannot be held liable for adverse reactions that occur due to failure to disclose relevant medical information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

All treatments are performed by VTCT Level 4 certified practitioners using professional-grade equipment and pigments. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. While we take every precaution, semi-permanent makeup procedures carry inherent risks including allergic reactions, infection, or unsatisfactory results. These risks are minimized through proper consultation, patch testing where appropriate, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Middleton Aesthetics Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Photography & Social Media

With your written consent, we may photograph your results for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent at any time.
