Important Notice

We understand that circumstances can change. However, last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling your appointment slot and impact our small business. Please read our policy carefully.

Treatment Appointments

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit amount varies by treatment and will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

Cancellation Notice

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit or free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% deposit retained, remaining 50% can be used toward rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full deposit forfeited
  • No-show: Full appointment cost charged, including deposit

Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule appointments with adequate notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Multiple rescheduling requests may require an additional deposit.

Training Courses

Course Cancellation by Student

  • 30+ days before course: Full refund minus £100 administration fee
  • 14-30 days before course: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund
  • No-show: No refund, no rescheduling

Course Rescheduling

Students may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 30 days in advance. Second rescheduling requests will incur a £150 fee.

Course Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date at no additional cost.

Special Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Medical Cancellations

If you need to cancel due to illness or medical reasons that prevent treatment (e.g., infection, cold sores for lip treatments), we will work with you to reschedule at no penalty. Medical documentation may be required.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals can be accommodated within the original appointment time.

Weather & Travel Disruptions

In cases of severe weather or travel disruptions that make it unsafe or impossible to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
